Frequently asked questions
Can I submit anonymously?
Yes. Select “Publish anonymously.” Your public report will display Anonymous Contributor. Private name and email fields are optional.
Will my report appear immediately?
No. Reports are saved as pending and require editorial review before publication.
Can I upload PDFs, images, audio, and video?
Yes. Approved files are embedded directly on the report or evidence-library page. Server upload limits still apply.
What do the status labels mean?
Status labels summarize the editorial review of available materials. A label is not a court finding or official disciplinary decision.
Can someone submit a correction or response?
Yes. The Contact, Corrections & Responses page accepts correction requests, rights of reply, privacy requests, and general contact.
Does the site promise prosecution or decertification?
No. The site may preserve information for public discussion or referral, but only authorized agencies and courts can investigate, discipline, prosecute, convict, or decertify someone.
