Legal & Publication Standards

Legal notice, terms of use, and constitutional rights

TimmyJackson.com is an independent forum for citizen speech, commentary, firsthand accounts, and public records concerning matters of public interest. The First Amendment protects freedom of speech, freedom of the press, peaceful assembly, and the right to petition government. Those protections do not authorize threats, unlawful harassment, defamation, copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, or publication of unlawfully obtained material.

User-submitted content and responsibility

The operators, owners, administrators, moderators, volunteers, and affiliates of this website are not the authors of citizen-submitted statements, documents, photographs, videos, audio recordings, screenshots, or other materials. Contributors are responsible for the content they submit and certify that it is truthful to the best of their knowledge, that opinions are presented as opinions, and that they have the right to submit uploaded materials.

The site does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or legal status of every user submission. Publication does not constitute adoption, endorsement, or independent verification of a contributor’s claims. No disclaimer eliminates responsibilities that applicable law places on a website operator, and the site reserves the right to reject, redact, correct, restrict, or remove content.

Allegations, opinions, and official findings

Published pages may contain allegations, personal accounts, commentary, or disputed information. Allegations are not established facts. Nothing on this site is a judicial finding, criminal conviction, official disciplinary decision, or determination of guilt, innocence, misconduct, decertification, or liability. Those decisions belong to courts and authorized government agencies.

Moderation and prohibited content

Submissions may be rejected or removed when they contain threats, intimidation, knowingly false statements, doxxing, private addresses, children’s information, medical or financial records, unrelated family information, hate speech, unlawful recordings, copyrighted material submitted without authority, or other unlawful content.

Corrections and right of reply

Any person who believes a page is materially inaccurate, incomplete, unlawfully published, or in need of context may submit a correction request or response. The site may add context, publish a response, redact information, change a status label, or remove content after review.

Retaliation and interference

The website supports the right of citizens to report matters of public concern without unlawful intimidation or retaliation. Any threat, harassment, unlawful retaliation, evidence tampering, witness intimidation, or unlawful interference directed at contributors, witnesses, editors, or the operation of the website may be documented, preserved, reported to appropriate authorities, or addressed through available legal remedies. This policy does not presume that any named person has engaged or will engage in retaliation.

No government affiliation or legal advice

The website is not affiliated with any government entity. Content is provided for public discussion and informational purposes and is not legal advice. Anyone facing immediate danger should contact emergency services; anyone making or responding to serious allegations should consider obtaining advice from a qualified attorney.

Copyright and license

Contributors retain ownership of materials they lawfully submit while granting the website a non-exclusive license to review, redact, reproduce, publish, display, archive, and distribute those materials in connection with the site. A contributor may request removal, but removal is not guaranteed where preservation is legally required or the material is otherwise lawfully retained.
